Pina Jaymit Patel, 46, of Jefferson City, passed away at her home on Friday, January 14, 2022, surrounded by her family.
She was born on May 2, 1975, in India in the town of Surat, Gujarat, to Karsanbhai and Ushaben Patel.
Pina was a graduate of Sincerite High School.
She was married on December 10, 1993, in India to Jaymit Patel who survives at the home.
Together with her husband they owned and operated the Budget Inn in Jefferson City.
Pina was a very loving and caring mother and wife. She enjoyed spending time at home with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Jaymit Patel, Jefferson City; a son, Shivam Patel, Jefferson City; her parents, Karsanbhai and Ushaben Patel, of Jefferson City; a sister, Hina (Piyush) Patel, Chattanooga, Tennessee; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A private family prayer service was held Saturday evening, January 15, 2022, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
A family Antim Sanskaar service was held Sunday morning at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
Burial will be held later in the summer in India.
Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
