Survivors include his wife, Kathy, two daughters, Jennifer (Terry) Shikles-Jackson and Amy (Eraster Smith) Shikles-Grim, his little dog, CJ, all of Jefferson City, sister, Darlene (Darrel) Hunt of Willard and sister-in-law, Cindy Shikles of Joplin and many nieces and nephews whom he loved as his own.  Junior was preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and his wife, Liahla Shikles, Curt Shikles and his beloved nephew, Anthony Gilpin.
