Jennifer Elizabeth Zeugin

Jennifer Elizabeth Zeugin, 39, of Columbia, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Boone Hospital.

She was born October 9, 1981, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Darrell William and Brenda Catherine (Bauer) Zeugin.

She was a graduate of Smithville High School.

She was united in marriage on January 22, 2021, in Columbia to Paul Edward Whitaker who survives.

Jennifer worked for the United States Postal Service in Columbia as a mail handler. She enjoyed reading, makeup, visiting with friends and family, Halloween, and Calavera Skull décor (Día de los Muertos decorations).

Survivors include her husband, Paul Whitaker, Columbia; her parents, Darrell and Brenda Zeugin, Jefferson City; her paternal grandmother, Patsy Pollick, Jefferson City; and other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Julianna Bauer; and her paternal grandfather, Donald Zeugin.

Visitation will be 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. James Finder officiating.

Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Jefferson City Animal Shelter.
