Jamey Lee Kleffner

July 14, 1979 — November 25, 2019

Jamey Lee “Snoopy” Kleffner, 40, of Rich Fountain, MO departed for heaven on Monday, November 25th 2019, at his home. Jamey was born July 14th, 1979, the son of Alan and Marlene (Kemna) Kleffner.

Jamey enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, and spending time on the Osage River with his family and friends. One of his most rewarding life accomplishments was successfully running Double J Screen Printing Business and managing A&M ball team. Jamey's contagious personality brightened up the room and was guaranteed to make you smile. No words can described how much he will be missed.

Jamey leaves behind his parents, Alan and Marlene Kleffner of Rich Fountain, brother Josh (Amber), nieces Lydia and Vivian, nephew Grantley Kleffner also of Rich Fountain, maternal grandmother, Martha Kemna of Freeburg and many other relatives and friends.

Jamey was proceeded in death by: his paternal grandparents Alfred and Dorothy Kleffner, maternal grandfather, James Kemna, maternal great grandparents, Louis and Katie Herzing and Lawrence and Adophine Kemna.

As hard as it is to lose a love one to suicide, we should not also lose the truth and warmth to their mystery and their memory. While Jamey's death leaves us feeling raw, struggling for understanding, at loss to explain how this could happen and needing to resist any negative feelings, we can also understand this disease process. And this asks for our understanding. Everyone's life is its own mystery, and not always open to outside understanding. Jamey, no doubt is as grieved as we are that his unwanted death has caused so much pain. But in no doubt, we as a family ask for continued love and affection and especially for your understanding.
