Debra Katherine Jarrell

Debra Katherine Jarrell, 67, of Jefferson City, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born April 14, 1954, at Camp Stewart, Georgia Army Hospital, to William Raymond and Mary Ann (Stiefermann) Kramer.

She was a 1972 graduate of Helias High School.

In 1993, Debra married James “Jim” Jarrell in Jefferson City.

Debra worked for Command Web in Jefferson City retiring in 2019. Her greatest love was her family, especially going to her grandchildren’s events. She loved reading, spending time with her Red Hat friends, going to the Theater, and traveling. Debra was involved with the American Business Women’s Association, enjoyed playing cards, games, and bingo; going to rummage sales, auctions, and varage sales.

Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne (Roger) Temmen, Folk; her loving partner, Jim Jarrell, Jefferson City, and family, Megan (Rusty) Morris, Ashland; Jessica (Andy) Casey, Ashland; her parents, William and Mary Ann Kramer, Jefferson City; eight grandchildren, Joshua Temmen (Alyssa Thoenen), Lindsey Temmen (fiancé Noah Boehm), Lydia Casey, Kai Morris, Londyn Casey, Parker Casey, Tucker Morris, Laynee Casey; five siblings, Sharon (Michael) Bax, Freeburg; Mary Jane (Ric) Heckman, California; Susan (Kenny) Strope, Lee's Summit; Linda Knierim, Ashland; and Judy (Rick) Johnson, Jefferson City; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Yvonne Kramer, grandparents Fridolin and Leoba Kramer, and Rudolph and Mary Stiefermann.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Westphalia with a prayer service at 3:30 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Folk with the Rev. George Kramer officiating.

Burial will be in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Cemetery in Folk.

Memorials are suggested to the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, Homemaker Health Care, Community Breast Care Project, or the Disabled American Veterans.
