Charlotte Evelyn Cavins

Charlotte Evelyn Cavins, 69, of Jefferson City, went home with the Lord on Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was born May 14, 1947, to Raymond and Elise Grace (Prouity) Womack. Charlotte worked as a nurses aid for over 47 years in Jefferson City. She is survived by her husband, Charles Cavins, Jefferson; 3 children, William Phillips, Columbia; Rhonda Matthews, Benson, NC; Ruth Cavins, Jefferson City; four siblings, Clyde Womack, Donnie Womack, Ruby Ellis, Betty Vaughan; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tina Adams; 2 sisters, Louise Summers and Dorothy Wells; and a brother, Jessie Womack, Sr. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to Charles Cavins, 913 Colorado St., Jefferson City, MO 65109. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
